About Peguera
Located in the southwest of Mallorca, 6km north of Santa Ponsa and near to
Camp de Mar, Peguera is almost an entirely German family beach resort. Slightly
more upmarket than the nearby party towns of Magaluf and Palma Nova, Peguera
took advantage of the package holiday boom of the 1960s and has since
continued to be a popular seaside town that caters to holidaymakers looking for
sea, sun and fun.
If you have had enough of the beach, you can play a round of golf at one of
the nearby courses or go hiking or biking in the Tramuntana Mountains. Also,
being just 23 kilometres from Palma, a day out shopping and sightseeing in the
island’s capital is a must.
